The location was upscale for me as it was so close to Close to stores, a grocery store and the mall, and the local shopping malls. A nice size room with pullout couch and fridge and microwave, for instance, the staff was very very helpful, whenever I needed help.

The setting was pretty bad.

Clean venue and very, very nice and pleasant employees. A great area, marvellous location next to both areas, the mall and restaurants and restaurants and store. Nearby Redstone American Grill - great place to chill out. Clean facilities and a free and incredibly nice breakfast with yogurt and also waffles. The service in general was friendly. Everything good.

Annoying staff!

The rooms with fridge and microwave as well as microwave. Attentive and extremely friendly staff with a good portion of humor.

Beds were a little hard.

Had GOOD stay for 3 nights. The location of the hotel was upscale, to events in the Mpls area. Dined at Qdoba Mexican Grill, it was relatively near the venue.

This hotel offers a nice size and beautiful rooms with microwave and pullout couch, as for instance. The location it offers is unbeatable, near to mall & restaurants, stores, and restaurants and store.

The staff are pleasant and the room is quiet for pullout couch. It has marvellous and unbeatable location in Eden Prairie as it's not far from restaurants and stores, stores and shopping and a grocery store and the mall.

The rooms were reasonably spacious and beautiful, we loved them. The location of this hotel close to a grocery store, Mall of America, and stores and shopping was convenient. Furthermore, in the Eden Prairie area.

Exceptionally clean room and comfortable beds made for a pleasant stay. The surprise of having a kitchen was a great bonus. The staff went above and beyond, offering an earlier breakfast time for conference attendees. Convenient location next to a grocery store was a plus. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I checked in and the toilet was broken. I notified staff at 6:00 P.M. and then at 9:30 P.M., and the toilet was fixed at 11:30 A.M. the next day. I actually had to use the toilet in the lobby for half of my stay. I have never had an experience in my life like that. It was a nice hotel, but this was aweful. I should have just got my money back and checked in somewhere else.

Great stay for 3 nights. Clean hotel, outstandingly accommodating staff, great location close to everything. Location just off a mall, Best Buy, Target, Office Max and a grocery store and the mall. For tea or coffee visit Caribou Coffee nearby. Fairly quiet room, a shower and a hairdryer in the room. Excellent food in the restaurant, free and incredibly nice breakfast with oatmeal, yogurt and also waffles.

This hotel in the Bloomington area offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the spacious rooms with enough space for our whole family. The location, close to the Eden Prairie Center shopping mall and in the Mpls area, is convenient for shopping and exploring the area. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory.

All aspects were satisfactory.

There was still soap in the shower from the previous guest and the refridgerator was not working.

I found the SpringHill Suites Minneapolis Eden Prairie a very good hotel for my money. Not only was it a reasonable price to pay, it was clean and looked well kept. The hotel staff was friendly and answered any question that I had about the bill. The bed was comfortable and spacious; I slept like a baby. And the bathroom and sink area was just splendid; very clean and lots of room to move around. Another thing that makes the hotel so great is the location. It's just a short drive to the Mall of America! I would definitely stay here again.
